A luxury chocolate smash heart, handcrafted with the finest Belgian Chocolate. A perfect gift for any occasion!

Available in milk,white,dark and pink- strawberry flavoured chocolate.

Please Note! These chocolate hearts do not have a base.

Net Wt, including chocolate hammer and individual chocolates – 750g  approx.
Your chocolate heart comes with a chocolate hammer, which you use to smash the heart and reveal the hidden chocolates.
After using your chocolate hammer you can place it inside a mug of hot milk to make a decadent hot chocolate drink.
The hidden chocolates can be a selection of my handmade chocolates, containing a variety of fillings, such as – soft caramel, honeycomb, salted caramel crunch, raspberry meringue, fudge and fudge brownie.
Or you can choose your own brand of chocolates from the list below.
